St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Services'a Outpatient Care offers a full range of outpatient treatment programs for adolescents and adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Day and evening programs are available at our two outpatient facilities in Norwalk and Bridgeport. Comprehensive outpatient services are designed to meet the needs of the community and help patients reach their optimal level of functioning while they continue to live in the community. St. Vincent's Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in Norwalk offers the following programs: Intensive day and evening programs for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Intensive afterschool treatment program for adolescents with emotional/behavioral and psychological needs. St. Vincent's Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in Bridgeport offers the following programs: Intensive day programs for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Specialized program for Latino men and women with mental health and substance abuse issues. Treatment is provided by a bilingual and bicultural staff. Intensive afterschool treatment program for adolescents with emotional/behavioral and psychological needs. Case Management program for youth at risk for involvement with the Juvenile Justice System.
