Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Vincent’s Health Services and a division of St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health Services, offers a full range of outpatient treatment programs for adolescents and adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Day and evening programs are available at our two outpatient facilities in Norwalk and Bridgeport. Comprehensive outpatient services are designed to meet the needs of the community and help patients reach their optimal level of functioning while they continue to live in the community.
Hall-Brooke at Lois Street offers the following programs:
Intensive day and evening programs for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Specialized program for women with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Structured treatment programs for adolescents with emotional, behavioral and psychological needs.
Structured extended day treatment program for adolescents involved with the Department of Children and Families.
The Center at Bridgeport offers the following programs:
Intensive day programs for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Specialized program for Latino men and women with mental health and substance abuse issues. Treatment is provided by a bilingual and bicultural staff.
Specialized program for women with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Structured treatment programs for adolescents with emotional, behavioral and psychological needs.
Evaluation programs for youth involved with Juvenile Justice.
