In 2006, Hall-Brooke opened up outpatient services at Hall-Brooke at Lois Street in Norwalk. Meeting the needs of the community, Hall-Brooke at Lois Street offers the following programs:
Intensive day and evening programs for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Specialized program for women with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Structured treatment programs for adolescents with emotional, behavioral and psychological needs.
Structured extended day treatment program for adolescents.
