In 2006, St. Vincent's Health Services opened up outpatient services in Norwalk. Meeting the needs of the community, outpatient services in Norwalk offers the following programs:
Intensive day and evening programs for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Intensive afterschool treatment program for adolescents with emotional/behavioral and psychological needs.
