Welcome to the Quinnipiac University Frank H. Netter School of Medicine Diagnostic Radiology Residency program at St. Vincent’s Medical Center!
We offer a radiology training program combining the benefits of an academic university with a community hospital/private practice. St. Vincent’s Medical Center is part of Hartford HealthCare, one of the largest healthcare systems in Connecticut. Our faculty are subspecialized and come from top residency and fellowship training programs. We pride ourselves in diagnosing routine bread-and-butter cases from the community as well as playing a critical role in cutting-edge medicine through interdisciplinary conferences, research, and involvement with national groups.
Our program has 12 residents and there are no radiology fellowships so residents get first choice of cases and procedures. We pride ourselves in providing a customized educational experience for every trainee, based on their background and future goals. Our graduates receive excellent fellowships and go on to train at the best institutions in the country.
