PGY-1 Inpatient Pharmacy Residency Application Requirements
Applications should be submitted via the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) (https://portal.phorcas.org/ ). In addition, all applicants must register for the Match (https://natmatch.com/ashprmp/ ) in order to obtain a PGY-1 position.
A complete application will include:
- A formal letter of intent
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three PhORCAS recommendations
- Academic transcripts from ACPE-accredited university
- An on-site interview will be required
